Vagrant-9

In Partnership with the University of Utah CA+P

When a dog has lived her entire life in a single home, with no real experience away from the things she associates with home, what objects might be used to re-establish that sense of home even when moving from place to place? This project began with a memory, the memory of moving my dog, Hazel an 8 year old German Shepherd, from Seattle Washington, to my current home in Salt Lake City Utah. Having grown up in a single home, never having been made to move, and having little to no experience in the outdoors, how might Hazels transition from family life to college life be made easier?
